Another month down. Some pictures from the weekend to help pass the time.
Our neighborhood from above. This weekend we found a park up in the hills just a 10 minute walk from our apartment. It’s amazing that after living here for more than 2 years we are still finding new places to explore.
The night was clear. The sunset was vibrant. Up on the hill where we were, it was windy but warm(ish).
The city sparkles on the rare summer nights when there is no fog. Not as glamorous as the Golden Gate, the Bay Bridge is the one we crossed most weekends to get to our boat club in Richmond
As we sat in the growing darkness, I realized that watching sunsets and moonrises would soon go from a novel rarity to an every night occurrence on the boat. I can think of worse ways to end a day.
We missed the full moon by 1 day. Still, not a bad showing and nice way to usher in September
In other news, we bought a GoPro (as well as a host of CHEAP accessories that we hope actually work). As we try to figure out this whole video editing thing, we had a choice to make. Share this time lapse scene or a clip of us playing charades. For the record, I voted for the charades clip, but Will has made me swear that footage to secrecy.
